You probably know by now that good gut health is super important…

But do you know how you can actually tell whether your gut is in a healthy state or not?

There are actually quite a few ways to check out what might be going on with your gut…and expensive microbiome testing (for most people) is not really necessary!

Here are three, low-cost methods for gaining an insight into your gut health.

  1. Check your poop – Like a window into your gut health, check out the Bristol stool chart (included in our online course) and compare…Which number are you? Not glam, I know, but the consistency, colour, and regularity of your poop is a good indication of what’s going on in your gut…
  2. Think about your diet – Your diet is the easiest way to change your gut health… Is your diet feeding all your good gut microbes? Hint…if you’re eating a wide variety of plant foods, that’s a great start!
  3. Take a note of your mood – Are you often miserable? Anxious? Whilst it’s a bit of a ‘chicken/egg’ scenario, your gut health is impacted by your mood… Research has found that your mental wellbeing can actually predict your gut health! More on that in our course…

If you’d like to learn more about optimising your gut health (in an enjoyable, non-restrictive way!), sign up to our online course ‘Healthy Gut, Healthier Baby’, which is currently free!

Simply enter the code ‘HEALTHYBUB’ when you check out, and you will gain free access to the entire ten modules (normally priced at $376!)
