Most people know about the soft cheese and wine ban during pregnancy, but there are some lesser-known, equally risky foods, that you should also be avoiding during pregnancy…

Maybe it’s because these foods are commonly considered ‘healthy’, or maybe it’s because some of them are only recent additions to the ‘avoid during pregnancy’ list, but these are very often overlooked as ‘foods to avoid’ by pregnant women (and healthcare professionals!).
