Diversity really does count when it comes to your gut microbiome!

Gone are the days when eating broccoli, brown rice and chicken was considered the ‘pinnacle of healthy eating’… we need variety!

Think of it like feeding a zoo…with lots of different animals…you wouldn’t want to be feeding grass to the seals, right?

Our microbiomes are similar… All the different species like different things!

So try and include a bit of each of these food groups every day…

🥪Whole grains
